Carrying on with yestarday's discussion in class about whether we should buy less things in general or not in order to protect the planet and stuff (and according to the "buy nothing day" guy with the dodgy hair, to avoid terrorism), here's a couple of very, very interesting videos, I reckon. First one deals with what we call today "Planned Obsolescence" or how to desing a product with a limited useful life, so it will become obsolete, that is, unfashionable or no longer functional after a certain period of time Second one shows my main man Michael Jackson spending some serious money at a large mall in Las Vegas.....absolutely amazing!!!!! Never seen anything like it before!!!!
